Seiden is searching for a full-time Integrated Assistant Media Planner to work in our media planning department on multiple growing healthcare service accounts. The ideal candidate would have had one to two internship experiences in paid media planning and/or advertising with a marketing or communication arts degree. 

This role is both traditional and digital media focused. You will be responsible for supporting the media planning department. Print, broadcast, outdoor, paid search, social media, and display. You would also be responsible for media billings. Ideally you will own the digital paid media performance reporting and billing. You would eventually manage campaigns daily and make recommendations and strategic decisions for paid media. Present to the clients as well. 

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and comfortable using Excel.

We are searching for a full-time Digital Analyst to work on a growing healthcare service account. The Digital Analyst will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns across display advertising, paid search, social media, and more. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to help drive innovation and thought leadership throughout the agency and client organization.


  • Actively monitor and report performance of the several campaigns in market at any given time across display advertising, paid search, social media and more
  • Develop and communicate easily understood and actionable insights from various data points including recommended optimizations
  • Create and lead monthly creative reporting providing competitive insights and best practices to contribute to growth of programs
  • Work closely with account management, media and social media teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies that match with campaign objectives
  • Take an active role in new business and help take the agency’s digital offering to the next level


  • BA or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Strong analytic skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, identify trend drivers, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations
  • Impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to aggregate information from multiple data sources
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to audiences of varying technical aptitude
  • Deep knowledge of multiple analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Kenshoo and various social media insights tools
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote
  • Holistic understanding of both online and offline media
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Have an “above and beyond” approach for everything you do
  • Team player who is ready for whatever may come their way
