Digital Analyst

We are searching for a full-time Digital Analyst to work on our growing portfolio of healthcare service accounts. The Digital Analyst will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns across display advertising, paid search, social media, and more. The Digital Analyst will also be responsible for reporting on website analytics and tying website engagement to paid campaigns. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to help drive innovation and thought leadership throughout the agency and client organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor and report performance of the dozens of campaigns in market at any given time across display advertising, paid search, social media and more
  • Actively monitor website engagement and create website analytics reports for several clients
  • Develop and communicate easily understood and actionable insights from various data points including recommended optimizations
  • Create and lead monthly creative reporting providing competitive insights and best practices to contribute to growth of programs
  • Work closely with account management, media and social media teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies that match with campaign objectives
  • Take an active role in new business and help take the agency’s digital offering to the next level

Qualities:

  • BA or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Strong analytic skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, identify trend drivers, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations
  • Impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to aggregate information from multiple data sources
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to audiences of varying technical aptitude
  • Deep knowledge of multiple analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Kenshoo and various social media insights tools
  • Expertise in Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote
  • Holistic understanding of both online and offline media
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Have an “above and beyond” approach for everything you do
  • Team player who is ready for whatever may come their way
