Patient testimonials are the most common form of healthcare ad. What makes this campaign so different? For one thing, incredible stories, unscripted and unvarnished. But it’s not just what we put in, it’s also what we leave out: scripts, voiceovers, music…anything that takes away from the authentic voice of the patient.
