COVID-19 indescribably devastated senior living communities. Precautions forced our clients to close their doors to visitors for months on end, and business suffered greatly. We were determined to reverse growing fears by capturing the culture, life and personality thriving on campus, out of sight and out of mind. With special permission, our nimble production team was able to get on campus and bring to life true stories of our residents - in a way you definitely wouldn’t expect.
Our campaign hyper-focused on local TV, especially news programs like Morning Joe, at a time when Americans were at home and glued to broadcast TV. This media approach, combined with our hyper-positive storytelling, allowed us to cut through the clutter and establish the brand’s retail offering in a way that bucks the category in every way.
